Seminar fees are paid after receipt of the invoice, or within 14 days before the start of the program. Registrations are considered in the order of receipt and we have a maximum number of participants per event. In case of cancellation of a seminar, for any reason, the participation fee will be refunded. Resignation from participation must be by email notification to s.lewandowski@paracelsus.com.

Cancellation

4 weeks prior the seminars: full refund

Less than 4 weeks before the course: a cancellation fee of 20% of the seminar fee

7 working days prior to the course: a cancellation fee of 35% of the seminar fee. Withdrawal less than 7 days before an event will not be refunded.

The Swiss Biological Medicine Academy treats all data confidentially. We will use your email to notify you about this and other Adademy programs. Let us know if you wish to withdraw from those update emails. Those attendees wishing a CME credit will have their contact information shared with the accrediting organization. We delete our contact data if you express your wish to withdraw from Academy membership.
